Adam McGovern

Mr. McGovern serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Praedium Group, overseeing the firm’s operational functions and supporting the execution of its business activities across investment vehicles and separate accounts. He works closely with senior leadership on firm management, internal processes, and day to day operations. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Mr. McGovern provides legal counsel and transaction management in connection with the Company’s investments and underlying assets, with a focus on governance, risk, and complex transactional matters. He joined Praedium in 2017. Before joining Praedium, Mr. McGovern served as a Vice President at Brookfield Property Group, where he was responsible for legal matters related to the acquisition, disposition, financing, and management of assets for Brookfield’s public and private real estate investment vehicles. Earlier in his career, he was a senior associate in the Real Estate Department at Paul Hastings LLP in New York.

Mr. McGovern earned a B.A. in American Studies from Georgetown University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School.
