Ms. Deng joined The Praedium Group in 2023 and is part of the investment team, where she plays a role in the analysis, due diligence and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets, as well as for the management and disposition of existing assets. Ms. Deng also supports the company’s asset management team. Prior to joining The Praedium Group, Ms. Deng worked in the Real Estate & Growth team at Kasa Living and the Hotels & Hospitality group at JLL. Ms. Deng received a B.S. in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.
