Mr. Houlihan joined The Praedium Group in 2019 and is part of the investment team, where he plays a key role in the analysis, due diligence and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets, as well as for the management and disposition of existing assets. Mr. Houlihan also supports the company’s asset management team. Prior to joining The Praedium Group, Mr. Houlihan worked in the Commercial Real Estate group at TD Bank. Mr. Houlihan received a B.S. in Finance (magna cum laude) from Boston College.
