New York, NY – April 16, 2025 – The Praedium Group (Praedium), a real estate investment firm, today announced the acquisition of Pearl Woodlake in Houston, TX. Shaun Houlihan, Vice President at Praedium, announced the transaction.

Constructed in 2016, Pearl Woodlake is a 376-unit multifamily community that consists of elevatored, four-story apartment buildings with air-conditioned corridors and structured garage parking.
