The Praedium Group Acquires Pearl Woodlake in Houston, TX

New York, NY – April 16, 2025 The Praedium Group (Praedium), a real estate investment firm, today announced the acquisition of Pearl Woodlake in Houston, TX. Shaun Houlihan, Vice President at Praedium, announced the transaction.

Constructed in 2016, Pearl Woodlake is a 376-unit multifamily community that consists of elevatored, four-story apartment buildings with air-conditioned corridors and structured garage parking. Units feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets with built-ins, and ceramic tile backsplashes. Select units also include soaking tubs with separate showers, Bluetooth sound systems, kitchen islands, and private balconies. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor cabanas, a 24-hour fitness and yoga center, coworking spaces, a resident lounge, and a large dog park with a dog washing station.

Pearl Woodlake is located in West Houston, adjacent to some of the MSA’s most desirable neighborhoods and among some of Houston’s primary office markets, including Westchase and the Energy Corridor. The property is positioned just minutes from the Westpark Tollway and I-10, providing access to greater Houston.

The property is less than a five-minute drive from the Westchase District, 15 minutes from either the Energy Corridor or Galleria, and 20 minutes from Downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center. Together, these districts represent over 86 million square feet of office space and are home to major employers such as Phillips 66, Apache Corporation, BP America, ConocoPhillips, Marathon Oil and Dow Chemical.
