New York, NY – February 29, 2024 – The Praedium Group (Praedium), a national real estate investment firm, today announced Angel Deng, James Goettee and Allyson Lisser have been promoted to associates. Ms. Deng and Mr. Goettee work on the acquisition team, and Ms. Lisser serves on the portfolio and asset management team. All three previously served at Praedium as analysts, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to promoting from within.
