Boca Raton, FL – March 29, 2023 – The Praedium Group (Praedium), a national real estate investment firm, recently expanded and relocated its Boca Raton, FL office. The firm moved into a newly constructed office space at Two Town Center in Boca Raton, FL, one of the market’s tallest buildings.

Recently, Praedium has acquired several multifamily properties in Florida, including Versol, a 240-unit property, and Viridian at Bonita Springs, a 264-unit property, in Bonita Springs; Seven41 Winter Park, a newly developed, 222-unit property in Winter Park, and; Gatehouse on the Green, a 312-unit multifamily property in Plantation.
